Ayana's ground floor has the main entrance hall which gives access to the upper living and bedrooms areas. The two car garage has surfboard racks and drying facilities. In the tropical garden there is a beautiful stone clad hot shower and a custom built yoga deck.
Level One
Features a contemporary open plan living , dining and kitchen area that opens to a large covered north facing deck with BBQ and built in seating for outside dining. This level also has a separate second living room for guests to enjoy. A bathroom , full laundry and private courtyard with heated spa and sun loungers completes this level.
Level Two
There are four large bedrooms with built in robes. The master has an ensuite featuring a double shower. There is a family bathroom on this level. The north facing balcony has views towards the ocean.
